TASTING NOTE
Red wine made from a selection of our oldest vineyards of the Monastrell and Cabernet varieties. The harvest is done by hand and is made with a long maceration related to extract all the polyphenolic potential. After an aging of one year in new oak barrels American, clarified with egg albumin and bottled, remaining no less than 6 months in our cellars before going on the market. Intense and bright ruby color, it presents a complex aroma of ripe fruit with spicy notes. In the mouth it is wide, tasty and full of nuances with a long and persistent finish.
